Spring break is here! The 5 of us headed up to Collins Lake for a night of camping with Aunt Destiny and her boyfriend, Brandon. We did a little fishing, played games, ate ice cream, ate
s'mores for dessert & breakfast, played on the playground, buried ourselves in the sand AND...froze to death! (in mid-April)
The weather turned real ugly by noon on our last day and it rained all the way home.
Sarah- I could not stop thinking about our camping trip to Collins Lake with Max & Sharon when you, Brian and I spent hours on the lake, in a rented fishing boat, fishing for Perch. Remember the picture of you holding up the fish you caught? You didn't know whether to cry or smile, but you were so proud of that catch! You and I were not much older than Hailey. In this picture Hailey was throwing her fish up in the air and trying to catch it before it landed in the lake. The look on her face is much like the look you had on yours so many years ago.

There's nothing like eating Brock's ice cream while you're camping.
